Mrs. Galabe Quinta Nahyong Epouse Duma is an experienced and passionate educator with over a decade of service as a secondary school teacher. She holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and has consistently demonstrated excellence in teaching, mentoring, and promoting academic growth among students. Beyond the classroom, Mrs. Galabe plays a vital leadership role in community development as the Regional Financial Secretary of the Balikumbat Village Women's Association. In this capacity, she contributes to the financial stewardship and strategic advancement of women-led initiatives, reflecting her strong commitment to women's empowerment, education, and grassroots development. Her combined expertise in education and community leadership positions her as a dedicated professional with a deep sense of responsibility to both learners and her community.
